Adrian Homes was established in 1962 to construct modular homes in the town of Adrian, Georgia. Since that time, even though the ownership has changed hands, the trusted name of Adrian Homes continues to signify quality construction and dependable service.

Since it's beginning, Adrian Homes has built schools, apartment buildings, daycare centers, office buildings, and residential homes for hundreds of satisfied customers. In 1999, Adrian Homes added premium HUD code homes to it's offering of factory built homes.
